In part the vision, as given by the Lord Jesus Christ through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit to Rev. Rodger L.B. Cutler; our assigned task is to lead a multi-ethnic and multi-generational church planted with the distinction of empowering a generation of all ages Spiritually, Educationally and Economically (S.E.E.) for the advancement of the Kingdom of God.

Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit and the leadership of Rev. Cutler, St. Mark is a Christ-centered, Spirit filled, family oriented, progressive body of baptized believers striving to reach the deprived and lost in Muskogee and the surrounding communities, dedicated to building the whole person-mind, body and spirit through biblical based teaching, transforming them to become disciples for the Kingdom of God. We believe the Holy Bible is the inspired Word of God according to 2 Timothy 3:16 and it will determine both our principle and practice. We are called as a church to be committed to “Keeping It R.E.A.L.” through Relationship, Evangelism, Accountability and Love. (1 Corinthians 13)

More specifically, we believe God is developing a strong, healthy church in this part of North Eastern Oklahoma, as the leaders and members of this church lovingly win and disciple individuals and families through personal ministry, daily personal and corporate prayer, intimate and uplifting praise and worship gatherings, biblical and practical teaching, powerful preaching, specialized support groups, various creative community services, and Christ-centered leadership development and training.
