Seeks to assimilate new members into the life of the church.
Provides relevant reading materials that will help the membership grow in the knowledge and admonition of the Lord.  The literature should be a wide range of books such as spiritual and development growth, theology, reference, instruction material, history and etc.  The chairman will also serve on the Board of Christian Education.
